UNICOM’s project management services offer you a single point of contact—a project manager. This single point of contact is beneficial to you because it keeps you continually informed of the status of the project, the project timeline, shortfalls and limiting factors. Your Project Manager works for you and helps bridge the gap between your technical knowledge and the latest technologies. You no longer have to talk to a dozen people to coordinate your project. UNICOM’s Project Management Team does that for you. It is the Project Management Team’s goal to ensure your project is completed as efficiently as possible, within budget and within timeline restraints.

In addition to a Project Manager who coordinates your project from UNICOM, you will also be assigned an On-Site Project Manager. Your On-Site Project Manager is responsible for executing your project’s Scope of Work (The Scope Of Work is your project plan. It is the plan you have coordinated with your UNICOM Account Executive and have determined to be the right solution for your needs). The On-Site Project Manager ensures that the Scope of Work is executed and that any deviations are reported back to the Project Manager for correction. Reporting directly to the Project Manager, your On-Site Project Manager coordinates the entire install team to ensure your satisfaction.

Here’s how the project management approach works:

	After you place an order with UNICOM, your purchase order will be forwarded to order processing.
	You will receive a call from the UNICOM Project Management Team confirming the receipt of your order.
	Your assigned Project Manager will call to discuss a tentative project timeline.
	Your Project Manager will coordinate your project and will arrange a timeline that will meet your budget constraints.
	Your project will be monitored by your on-site Project Manager until completion.

For network integration orders placed with UNICOM, project management is included in the price. UNICOM’s project management services are also available for a fee.
