"To meet HIPAA security regulations, we wanted to upgrade from Microsoft Windows NT and take advantage of the identity management features of Active Directory. We have the staff to do the actual implementation, but wanted to tap into the expertise of someone, like UNICOM, who had done such migrations before and knew best practices. UNICOM:

  • assessed our existing network
  • developed an Active Directory Architecture Plan that included test and deployment phases
  • built a testing environment in their lab to simulate our specific environment
